My guest is Rochelle Janssens from Brisbane, Australia. Rochelle works with quietly determined career women ready to move into their first or next leadership role so they can make a bigger difference in the corporate game.
Becoming a leader as a woman is often a different journey than for men, and Rochelle believes it helps to know the current rules of the game, so we can use them to our advantage and eventually be in a position to change the practices to benefit everyone.
Her experience has taught her that leadership is about who you are being, not what you are doing, so she works with her clients to become a leader from the inside out. As a result, rather than being overworked and overwhelmed, her clients shine as their best selves, attracting the right people and opportunities without the crazy hours and elevated stress levels.
