Kirsten Beske is a former litigation attorney. But, after the near-death experience of each of her two eldest children, she quit her 14-year law practice and pivoted into psychology.
 
Then, after more than a decade as a psychotherapist, she pivoted again as a Life Redesign Coach for mid-career women ready to make a shift into their NEXT chapter of life and work.
 
Kirsten and I share a passion for holistic coaching and teaching women to thrive. And she shares the principles of positive psychology to enable women to craft their next chapter by maximizing their passions, strengths, values, and purpose. This allows them to wake up with more energy, passion, and joy each day.
