In this episode, I talk with Stephanie Wray, a mental health counselor and expressive arts therapist, who helps us create more harmony in our lives and careers when it feels like we’re walking through fire.
For the past 26 years, she has used the arts and movement in her own healing and self-care and assisted others in using the arts for better physical, mental and emotional health.
Stephanie does this in clinical, community, and educational settings. And her latest venture brings her training online in a community called The Art Flow Lounge.
