 Your mental health can take a hit when things don’t go as planned. You might feel unfulfilled, disconnected, and blame yourself for it. And, when that happens, your sense of well-being can go down the tubes with it.

 It can feel like a firestorm.

 In this episode, I talk with Stephanie Wray, a mental health counselor and expressive arts therapist, who helps us create more harmony in our lives and careers when it feels like we’re walking through fire.

 For the past 26 years, she has used the arts and movement in her own healing and self-care and assisted others in using the arts for better physical, mental and emotional health.

Stephanie does this in clinical, community, and educational settings. And her latest venture brings her training online in a community called The Art Flow Lounge.

 I love sharing creative ways to address the mental and physical effects of career and life stressors, and Steph’s golden nuggets of wisdom are keepers.
